So i've HAD to wear glasses since I was like 10...been wearing contacts for quite sometime getting my grown man on...but i still love a good pair of specs and will rock a chic lil pair as eagerly as a pair of uber-look retro frames....i think it's great that the world is catching up to my hotness...Now everybody wants to be a nerd! Ha!

I love the the Tom Fords, Oliver Peoples, AND the Paul Smiths!! NICE!

THE ADVICE from Details:

1. To pull off Clark Kents, it helps to have Superman bone structure. (Tiny eyes and high cheekbones tend to get lost behind heavier glasses.) The stronger the features the better, but even if you don't have a chiseled jaw, these frames bring plus-size noses and expansive foreheads into proportion.

2. They used to come exclusively in black, precluding anyone without dark hair from wearing them. Today's blonde and brown frames allow guys with fairer complexions to bulk up too.

3. Thick specs can tame a protruding brow line. Just make sure the top of the frame sits squarely on your brows—not above them.

Tom Ford's Technicolor Travels and MORE

Ok so I found these pics...can't remember where...but uhhm...to clarify...i own NONE of these pictures on here lol...This is from Tom Ford Spring 2009 collection and i love, love, love most of it...that shiny suit has to go or grow on me...ha.









Me DEFINITELY likey this last number...that pattern on the suit is QUITE IT!



The Prada studded broques again...I'm in love with these! I actually like ALL of the studded men's shoes they made. Edgy and Fresh...enjoying Prada immensely right now.




Ok and this is NOT about menswear...or clothes really...but i saw this picture and had to post it...i watch America's Next Top Model habitually...and I loved Somalian-born Fatima Siad...she got cut but i thought she was STRIKING...

I don't know who made THESE shoes...i'm ashamed...but i'm diggin em...but why can i hear J. Alexander ( The Ms. J) tellin her she lost her neck in this one...LOL

U know...whoever styled this shoot...picked some great shoes!! I love a woman in a killer SHOE!

Why I love Autumn/Fall and Winter....

The Fits come out. Colder weather means more clothes you get to wear. Plus you get to pull out all sorts of accessories...gloves, scarves,hats...heck even an earmuff can be interesting...

This chic neutral classic is by Paul Smith, at Paul Smith, Greene St, New York. And it is in my opinion worth EVERY penny...all 269,000 of them ...that's right the price is at $2,690...Paul Smith IS New York luxury menswear...i'm feeling it...

Short Conversation....and more

Ok so I love the Rachel Zoe Project...and i also love Taylor and Brad. I think she couldn't have picked better "associates" based on personal style...love their style. BUT...Brad...sir...these shorts.


No sir. I think once you go to short with a short it immediately goes to underwear/swimwear territory and that taints the seriousness of the style for me. I think a "dress short" is doable and could be kinda hot. But there is a line...and it's located about low-to-mid thigh...don't go beyond it. STILL love Brad Goreski's sense of style...he's a real whiz kid...

Now is it just me or does Brad's general look remind you of the V Magazine shoot Rachel styled in 2007...they featured it on the finale....


I love those Tom Ford Cary frames...the sickness...these are they in their original form..sunglasses...i like em either way and just might cop them jointsssssss....


Robin Thicke has a VERY nice suit on in this Rick Ross "Lay Back" video. Never been a fan of Rick Ross per se....but always liked Robin Thicke. Anybody remember the video from back in the day when he was on that bicycle. Dude is cool. And i can appreciate his fashion game most days..





Ok and i gotta give props to Melody Thornton of the Pussycat Dolls...she was bold enough to take it there with the black lip coloring...which i find to be quite hot, but folks usually shy from it or make it goth...tres chic Melody..
