Condesnsed Fashion Week Review Pt. 1

Soooo...I can't completely cover fashion week...at least not while i'm as busy as I am now. I mean school AND work...it's crazy right now. so here's the first batch of a few of my favorites....

First Up... Spurr...looks like they opted out of a huge runway show...like quite a few other designers













Next we have Shipley & Halmos....one of GQ's picks mentioned earlier in the blog...not feeling one button ANYTHINGS right now...but the heat on some of these is making me not notice that dumb "one-button" thing....I do not understand why that is the craze right now!













Lastly...for today....is Dsquared...and they have a nice lil line!! More detailed descriptions laterrrrr.....cause they did a lil too much with the styling...lol...but u ain't seen nothin til u see the Cavalli line lol

There has been a LARGE gap in posts...I haven't give up...I just have a lot of stuff to put up here and am trying to figure the logistics without bombarding the blog with images and also trying to keep stuff from getting to stale. I've also been kinda engulfed with FASHION WEEK. I wasn't there. Soon I will be strolling around the Bryant Park....but not this year lol.... I immersed myself in photos of all the lines and I'll put up my faves...won't run everybody's full collection on here because I mean...that's alot...lol...

Aw Naw! NO SIR....Faison Love?? AND Something GOOD about Chris Brown

Faison Love know he wrong for this fit! I didn't know ol' dude was Cuban, let alone Cuban-born... HOWEVER, this shirt and tie selection and the over all groadiness of this photo is whack. Why is the knot sooo skinny? I am intrigued by this bracelet tho...random niceness. Apparently he's in some legal mess too...Funny guy though...




So I do kind of like Chris Brown... That's why it was so sad to hear he allegedly went all Ike Turner on Rih Rih...THE FOOL! First,real men just don't beat women...it's just not G...not what's hot in the streets AT ALL. Secondly, On Grammy night? Are you serious?You couldn't wait a couple days or suntin?? Of course over at THE greatest blog, Young,Black,and Fabulous (www.theybf.com) they have the updates runnin like CNN Natasha's a beast at this blog thang! The Fact that Rihanna's track with Mario entitled "Emergency Room" was just leaked is just a big cherry on top of a hot mess sundae...LOL....you gotta laugh at least a little bit...i mean what are the odds? SO being as I have supported Chris since before his single was even "released"...I would post something good in the midst of this tragedy! He got a lil fit on...theses are pictures from the moments be fore the alleged attack...he look calm to me, just getting some gas. Sweater is NICE! The shades are nice too! Rih look fine through the windshield...

So I know I said more tomorrow, (i really meant later today because it is after midnight),but I mean we love our first family...and jazzy First Lady Michelle Obama is rockin the cover of Vogue. Big ups...but this picture...could have been better...but HEY...see on the cover of VOGUE....gone get it then

GQ: Best New Designers in America 2009

SO...GQ has deemed these fine selections as the best new designers in America....Do I agree? I don't know yet...I gotta say I love Andre Benjamin...but his Benjamin Bixby line is sometimes a little...too something for me. I'm loving whats shown here though. Other faves are Shipley & Halmos and Yigai Azrouel...... All these are nice though...I know this is not at all breaking news, but I thought it was a good way to start off the blog....

First BLOG!

Hola, World....This blog is gonna be HOT, I think LOL...i'm just seeking some direction as to how to get everything up and running... Just in case your wondering...This blog is going to basically be a review of what i think is hot or not fashionwise. Most of the time it will be pertaining to what somebody had on. lol. Seeing as I am a man, I'll probably lean more heavily towards menswear lol...I mean theres a million blogs out there that primarily follow women's clothing. Now fashion is fashion and if I spot something I MUST comment on that has to do with female clothing, it's my duty right? RIGHT. Well...alright. BRB...hopefully lol.
